Terms and Conditions

By registering for OrthoBoss Boot Camp, you agree to the following terms.

Payment

Payment must be made 10 business days before the course start date.
To pay, contact the office directly at 905-743-8888, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Credit card: by phone.
E-transfer: we will give you the e-transfer email address privately, by email or over the phone. In the message, include the participant's name, phone number and "OrthoBoss Boot Camp".
Cash: at the office, 100-1400 Ritson Rd. N, Oshawa, ON L1G 7W4.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made 10 or more business days before the first day of the course. No refund after that.
Transfers: Not permitted.
No-shows: No refund will be issued.
Weather/emergency closure: Courses will be rescheduled as time permits.
Attendance required: 100% of the class schedule must be attended to be eligible for CE and to pass this course.
Photography/video: Will be taken, and participants will be asked for consent onsite.
Course materials: All materials shared are under strict copyright and are only meant to be used by registered participants.

This course is suitable for Registered Dental Hygienists and Level II Dental Assistants (NDAEB Certified) with one year of experience.
